new paipos and youtube vid

I made two paipos this week both the same. I took two pieces of 1/2" birch ply and screws them together then cut them out two for one .cost of finished boards about $15.00 ea. sold one on the beach the first day. for $100 score!

    also someone was shooting vids on the beach friday then posted it on youtube the body surfer is my neighbor and that me at the start paipo mike ya

Well if I am bloging today it must be stuipbowl sunday what if they hade a football game and people only watch it for the ads wouldn't that funny.
  Here is another hand board I made for a friend just because he is nice.
  these are mat bags I make out of found beach towels you don't have to bring one with you just use the bag to dry off'
  And this is the rewards of my walk this morring just it time for the supper bowl ad party

   just one more thing and I will let you get back to the ads, this is my ride to the beach at about 3pm injoy the party I will be at the beach    MRMIKE

First: to surfsister I hope that your ankle gets better I know what it is like to be out of the water for some time. two year ago I was standing on my (wet) front porch with my worn out flip flop when I found my self on the ground with 4 broken ribs I was out of the water for 8 week.

     next; I got my business cards that my brother gave me for chritmas( he took the pic's at christmas time) look so good. also a hand board I made for a good friend of mine. I  traded it for a bag of hone made hot tortillas yum yum. I think I got the best of the deal!

also a sad day for a 100 year old tree. I have looked at this tree across my back wall for 50 years.The lot was sold to a knucle headed contractor. It would not be in his way of the new house. but he said it was ulgy. So I said you better go hide if they are takeing out ulgy thing because you will be next!!! Like I say stupid people do stupid things   MRMIKE

another matter

I meet another mat person at my home break today his name was larry an impromto mat meet. I have not seen another matter at my home break for 40 years when they used to rent them from the hotel Del coronado. it was nice to see someone who also likes matts. also here are some more pic's my brother took when he was down for christmas.   MRMIKE
